Shipping policy

Aphelion Glow ships to the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing — 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery — 8 to 15 days from dispatch. Each lamp ships from the workshop where it is poured, and most of that window is international transit.

Carriers — Orders ship via tracked international services. The specific carrier varies by order.

Tracking — A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Updates can take 24 to 72 hours to start appearing.

Q4 cutoff — If you need it to arrive before 25 December, order by the last week of November. Orders placed after that may not make it, and we would rather say so than take the order and hope.

Address accuracy — Check your address at checkout. If it is wrong, email contact@aphelionglow.com immediately; once a parcel has left we cannot redirect it.

Delays — Delivery times are estimates. Customs and peak-season carrier backlogs can extend them.
